Payments
Qualifying Leagues may use Darts Atlas to handle their financial and accounting needs. Collect membership dues and entry fees directly through your league homepage.
Payment Methods
Supported payment methods vary by country. Available payment methods include:
- Apple Pay
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Google Pay
- iDEAL
Fees
Darts Atlas charges a 10% Platform Fee of the gross of each transaction in your native currency. For example, if your annual League membership fee is £20, the platform fee is £2 and the remaining £18, minus standard processing fees, will be paid out directly to your bank account or debit card.
Based on your region Stripe may automatically apply a sales tax, which may be inclusive or exclusive, to payments made to your league.
Transactions may incur other small processing fees related to items such as currency conversions, processing method (if using point-of-sale), and customer tax jurisdiction.
Payouts
Payouts will be sent to your connected bank account or debit card on a daily basis. Player entry and membership fees typically take 7-10 days to clear and process before they are transfered to your account.

Refunds
Darts Atlas refund policies are subject to change at any time. Organizations/Leagues are discouraged from offering Refunds except in extreme circumstances such as the cancellation of an event or unforeseen personal emergencies.
Leagues are responsible for refunds, which can be issued directly from your league’s accounting dashboard on Darts Atlas. The Darts Atlas Platform Fee and the standard transaction fees must be recovered by the League, and will not be refunded by Stripe or by Darts Atlas.
Disputes
Leagues are responsible for handling disputes from their payments. Darts Atlas may revoke a League’s payment support in response to requests or alerts issued by Stripe.
Currencies
Darts Atlas makes every effort to avoid currency conversions for you and your players. All of your payments will be captured in the appropriate currency for your country of operation. Tax
Leagues are responsible for their own tax reporting and accountability. U.S. Leagues are subject to standard IRS filing requirements and will be issued the relevant tax forms and information requests once certain transaction taxation thresholds are met. These forms may include a 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, or a 1099-K. Failure to provide required tax documents will result in loss of access to the Darts Atlas payments service.
