Tablets

iPad
Old model iPads require specific settings updates in order to work with modern websites like Darts Atlas. Open Safari on your iPad, navigate to ipad.dartsatlas.com, and follow the instructions. Please note that Darts Atlas requires iOS 9.1 or greater to be installed in order to function. Certain first-generation models may be limited to iOS 5, which will not work with Darts Atlas.

Android
If you are experiencing problems on an Android tablet the issue likely related to a Javscript setting. Access your device’s browser settings, find the Advanced section, and ensure that Javascript is enabled.

Tournament Boards

If you are having trouble creating a tournament board via the Darts Atlas Kiosk:

• Return the tablet to the Darts Atlas kiosk homepage. Do not continue to scan the same QR Code.
• Visit your tournament’s Boards settings page to confirm that the board has not been created. If your board has been created but does not show up on the tablet then delete the board from your tournament.
• If you continue to have issues on the tablet: Close all open browser tabs, turn the device off and back on, and try again.
• If you are using an old iPad make sure you have carefully reviewed and followed the instructions at https://ipad.dartsatlas.com.
