How It Works

Platform Payments allow your Organisation to collect registration and membership fees at the point of sign up. Capture payments in your local currency, via trusted and familiar payment methods.

Supported payment methods include:

  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Apple/Google Pay
  • iDEAL

Collect payments for:

  • Tournament Registration Fees
  • League Registration Fees
  • Paid Memberships

Set Up Platform Payments

Once your Organisation is set up, navigate to the ‘Payments’ page in your Organisation admin window. Select your country & organisation from the drop down, enter your email address & press ‘Continue’ to proceed to the Stripe onboarding process.

Once you have completed this flow, confirming your personal details and linking your bank account for payouts, you will be returned to Darts Atlas and payments set up is complete.

When you create a Tournament or League associated to this Organisation, you will now be able to set a Registration Fee. Players will have to pay this fee online at the time of signing up. For more information on setting up a Tournament click here.

Pricing

Platform payments are charged a 10% fee per transaction (Registration fee = £5.00, Payment Fee = £0.50) + standard Stripe payment processing, conversion, and related fees.

If you are using Platform Payments you are not required to pay the £1 per player admin fee.

Payment fees are capped at £1 for Tournament Registration fees.

Refunds

Darts Atlas has a no-refunds policy for payments made directly to Darts Atlas (Premium Upgrade, Season Administration, Tournament Administration).

Payments made to an Organisation or Venue via Darts Atlas are subject to the recipient’s Refund Policies.
